When you fill out our quote or tracking form, we collect: full name, WhatsApp number (with country code), origin province in Canada, destination country and city, box size or custom measurements, declared value in CAD, package contents, and optionally your email.

We may collect automatic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to: process and respond to your quote requests; communicate with you via WhatsApp or email about your shipment; send updates on your package status; improve our services and prevent fraud.
